DUI Misdemeanor DMV hearings
Client chrgd w/Misdemeanor DUI in CA. I will maintain the stop was w/o sufficient cause. Is a DMV hearing imminent?

Not unless you timely requested one within 10 days of arrest.

You only get a DMV hearing if you request one. Otherwise it results in automatic suspension.
