My Niece

Just got a dui last night . I have

found out she had two last year in

Ohio, this makes 3 DUI. I am very

worried will the other DUI effect the

decsion on her last DUI here in ca.?

what is she up against?

You need to call me immediately. California does not take lightly a third time DUI. Many people face one year in jail due to a bad decision like this.

I am also from Ohio, and am familiar with their DUI laws. The Other DUI WILL affect her case here. I am very experienced in DUI cases, and would very much like to help your niece.
