Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI ticket in CA.

I got a DUI while I was in the Navy and stationed in CA. I was found guilty and sentenced to classes - I got depolyed before I could start the classes. that was in 2003 - I now live in VA. What can I do to get this taken care of? what are my options?

You need to hire an attorney to put you on the court calendar. That attorney will then go before the court and recall any warrants that are outstanding. He or she will then ask the court to reinstate you on probation and get you back in the classes. Those classes can then be transferred to programs located where you live.

Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions or need assistance with this. Best of luck.

Either come to court yourself, or hire a local attorney to do so. On misdemeanors, the client does not have to be present. If this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me if serious about handling this.
