Legal Question in DUI Law in California

duid

My 19 yr. old son will go to court

next week. He was stopped by a cop

and tested 0.0 bac. The cop asked if

he was on drugs and he said he had

smoked pot earlier in the day. Do you

know if it makes a difference if we go

(mom and dad)? I want to go but

wonder if the judge makes a discussion based on our appearance?

Re: duid

That is great that you want to support your son, but you need to make sure that your son has an attorney.

Good Luck!

Since you can't speak at court and the court won't know you're there, it makes difference to the court, only to him. He needs legal counsel more than moral support. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting it for him.

Re: duid

You need to get your son a lawyer immediately. I am in Southern California and have handled MANY DUI cases. I am happy to assist your son.

With a little luck, and a good attorney this may not affect your son's life.

I'd love to help you with that.
