Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I recieved a DUI and I have to move really soon..

Due to my violent ex reappearing, if I don't leave, it could be very bad for my children and myself. What will happen? My court date isn't for another month..

Are you seeking representation? If you have a lawyer, the lawyer can appear for you so you don't have to.

My office could go to court for you, so that you never have to go in front on the judge. This would allow you to move immediately, and stay away from the violent ex.

The court would be very understanding in this.
