Most Judges simply want you to finish the program. Don't be afraid to go back to court and ask for a "Re-referral" to the program. As long as you have done everything else, you should be fine.

If you had an attorney on the case, ask your attorney to inquire if a warrant has been issued and get a re-referral into the school. If you represented yourself, either get an attorney now or contact the court to get the matter put on calendar before the judge. Absent a good excuse, some judges will sanction you for failing to do the school in a timely manner. The sooner you address this matter the better. The DMV will also impose a license suspension if the school is not completed.
