Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Getting my liscense Back

I got a DUI around 6 1/2 years ago. I saved up to pay the fees. What are the steps I need to take to get my Liscense back?

Re: Getting my liscense Back

If you didn't comply with the terms of your probation, like by not paying court fees, not going to school, not going back to court when ordered, etc., then you have an arrest warrant against you. You and your attorney have to go back to court and clear the warrant by submitting to court, negotiating a new 'deal' on the failure to appear charges and on the original charges, and once you have a court order allowing you to get your license back, they you apply to the DMV. If the case is in SoCAL, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need in court.
