Moving before community service complete

what are the consequences of moving out of state (Georgia)before community service is completed?

A warrant for your arrest, unless you comply with all terms of sentencing and probation. You could have your attorney seek a modification of probation for good cause. Contact me if interested in doing so.

The consequences for not completing community service can include a warrant for your arrest, and potentially a probation violation, or jail time. A better route might be to apply to transfer your community service to a new location, or apply to the court to terminate community service. I can't recommend that you just ignore something you've promised to the court as part of your probation, as the consequences can be potentially devastating.
