Legal Question in DUI Law in California

probation

I talked about this before but I need to know if I go before a judge about my inability to attend and/or afford 18 months of dui classes in order to get my license back, could I ask him for perminent revoking of my driver's license? Or do they do that at all.

I am sure the judge will be happy to enter an order permanently revoking your driver's license, if you ask him nicely.
