Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Life Insurance Policy!
My grandma's Life Insurance Policy was recently cancel by the Insurance Company after we have made ten years of payment. I feel that me being a southeast asian, the company discriminated against me. I would like to seek advice and my legal right?

Policies are cancelled for non-payment or other breach. It is a highly regulated industry. How would you propose proving 'discrimination' through credible witnesses or documents? Your speculation is not proof. If you have proof, please contact me.
