Linking.

If person 1 were to send a link to person 2 containing ''distasteful'' material without any warning to person 2, would person 1 be accountable for person 2's actions when they opened the link?

In Example: If Joe sent a link containing pornography to Eric, would Eric be able to press charges against Joe?
