Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California
If I retained a talent manager and later terminated him, do I owe him a percentage of my income earned after the termination if it stems from a deal made during the time we worked together? We had no written agreement.

Do you have anything in writing? If not, it might be difficult for him to enforce any kind of alleged oral agreement.
