I Have A 2yr. Old Son That I Have Been Taking Care Of For 7 Months Now. I Now Live In California,His Mother Lives In Arizona. As She Is Not Stable In Her Life. All She Does Is Threaten Me With Kiddnapping Charges.Whenever I Go Back To Az. She Just Throws Him Back To Me. Whwere Do I File For Custody,In Az Or California?

If you have lived in California for 6 months, you can file in California. You would file in the County where you have resided for the past 3 months.
