Legal Question in Family Law in California

After 30 yrs together, my girlfriend and I split. I want to keep the car I paid for (2002 Chysler 300M) and I want the $7K ring I gave her 6 years ago. The car is in her name, the ring I gave to her when I took her to Paris about 6 years ago.

Intervivos gifts are not revocable, unless they are gifts causa mortis. I don't think you have any legal basis to get her to return those.
