Re: Adopting my son back

You need an ORDER vacating the adoption. This requires a petition. Filing fees are $196.00, attorney fees if uncontested should be under

$ 1,000.00. Please call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

Re: Adopting my son back

You can easily adopt your child back from your parents assuming they will sign consents to the adoption. You need to file a petition for adoption in the county in which you reside. If you need help preparing the forms you may call me at (800) 955-9504 or email me directly at [email protected]

I don't think that you can vacate the adoption and even if you could you could have complications. The best suggestion is to adopt your son with your parents giving consent. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
