Legal Question in Family Law in California

The answers that I have been given in regards to what my ex-wife can claim for health insurance for herself and our two boys on a dissomaster are: 1) Only what she is paying herself & 2) Only claim deductions that shows up on her paystub. This is the situation: She DOES NOT have any health insurance deducted from her paycheck because her new (domestic) partner has employee health insurance that covers my ex-wife and our two boys. What I want to know is if my ex-wife can claim any of what her partner pays for health insurance as her own on a dissomaster when calculating child support?
