Can I have any attorney defend me in a Qudro case against my ex wife

Not your ex wife's attorney, or any other attorney that has a conflict of interest. If the attorney refuses to represent you, you are also not going to get his or her representation. Also, your attorney will need to be licensed in California, or admitted pro hac vice. I'm not sure I understand what your question is when you refer to "any" attorney.
