I need help! My aunt believes I am a unfit mother which is untrue. She served me emergency guardianship forms. My hearing is tomorrow at 1:30. I need help proveing that I am a good mom. What should I do?

Go to court and request time to obtain an attorney to represent you. You can ask the court to appoint an attorney to represent you. When the continuance is granted contact the local bar association to find out what services are available in your area to help you. There are agencies like Public Counsel and the Public Law Center that have programs to give you advice and help.
