Can My baby's dad get any kind of custody if he is a felon and he never has provided for my son?

The baby's dad can have some visitation because he is the biological dad. Absent some serious damage committed by dad against child, the dad will get visitation rights. The amount will be very small and if he continues in his efforts it may increase to increasing amounts. I would just make sure that you are collecting child support however.
