Re: back child support

You should consult with the department of child support services in the county where the dad is located. You can also talk with the DCSS in your local county.

As always please contact an attorney in your area before taking legal steps.

Good luck,

Look and the court order. Deduct anything he's paid.

Re: back child support

The easiest, most painless (FOR YOU) way to deal with this is to contact the Department of Child Support Services in your county. (DCSS). Meet with them for an hour, provide all the forms, and then, they take over, they do the math, they go to court and battle for you. I recommend DCSS highly. Good luck!
