Legal Question in Family Law in California
In California, I have an EC730 to be completed by Nov 30 court date. I just received letter from doctors office addressed to judge stating other party hasn't participated and doesn't believe EC730 was ordered. Even after clarification shown. My question is can I return to court prior to Nov 30 due to this letter to complete child custody issue?

No, if the court wants to see the parties before November 30 due to the letter, the court will issue an order based on the letter.
