Legal Question in Family Law in California

child abduction

my husbands ex-wife requested to leave the atate back in feb. to go to va. in november. we just found out she left early and not to va. the court order said she was suppose to give the courts and my husband a 30 day notice with an address. we just contacted her but she refuses to give us an address and she never contacted the courts either. we dont have the money for a lawyer what are we to do?
