With child custody, what is considered "an evening" visit? And what percentage of time is given to that "evening visit"?

There is no official definition, especially without context, of what constitutes an "evening," except that it is not a weekday "overnight." Under the Santa Clara timeshare calculation table, which is well respected and widely used, there is no separate entry for an evening, but if you look at the entries for one weekend a month versus one weekend a month plus one evening a week, and similar entries, the evening changes the day count by 26 days/year and seven percentage points.
