Child support

I have an order for child support against me for a child that I have in my custody. I want the court to take the support order off and any arrears. I live in Florida and the case is in Califorina. What forms do I need to submit to the courts?

You need to file an OSC re modification of child custody, visitation and support as soon as possible. Do it today.

You need to file for a OSC to modify the court order. Try looking up the forms on-line.
