Legal Question in Family Law in California

child support

Please tell me what paper's I would need to file to stop a child support order. My ex-husband and I are working well together, he's having a hard time financially and I really don't need the support anymore. What can I file myself at the courts to put a stop on this ?

Without looking at your underlying paperwork, it is difficult to be specific. You probably need a stipulation and order to modify support, and you may need an amended Order Assigning Salary or Wages.

A qualified paralegal assistant can do this work for you. We offer paralegal support services as well as attorney assisted services.
