child support

What can we do if the parent receiving child support is not using the support to care for the children?

Unless the child is being neglected such that a change of custody is justified there is little that you can do. The parent does not have to account for the child support.

No accounting needed by parent receiving child support. If child neglected you can likely do something, otherwise, little you can do.
