Conflict of Interest

My ex husband is being representedin our custody case by a law firm his currrent wife is an attorney at. Is there a conflict of interest?

No, there is no conflict of interest as the attorney is not representing an interest that is contrary to an interest of the firm. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
