Legal Question in Family Law in California

I had court for visitation on the 2nd of this month in victorville ca. The other party (the father) did not attend and I did not disagree with the mediation report. I was suppose to get the minute report but it wasn't completed yet, so I was told to come back in 3-4 business days. I did and was told it was sent 50 miles away. All together with the weekend included I only have until this Saturday to turn everything in. Which means I only have until tomorrow because court is not open on Saturday.

I know somewhat of what was ruled, but not all the small details like when visitation starts and who will supervise them. I most likely wont even get the minute report until Monday. Should I fill out my paperwork to the best of my knowledge and hope for the best or just wait until I can do it accurately. What are the consequences of either choices? Nobody will answer me because they say the rules have changed. If more information is needed please ask.

Online go to San Bernardino Court website at http://www.sb-court.org/Divisions/Civil/CaseInformationOnline.aspx

You should be able to find your case and purchase a copy of the minute order on-line for instant download. Then you will have all the information you need regarding the court's visitation order.
