custody of my kids

I have 80 percent custody of my 2 kids. the custody arrangement at

settlement was dad gets them the 1st, 2nd, 4th weekend . today there was an icident when tdad tried to say that it was his time and insisted on it being his time. i want to know is it his time? please help!!
