Legal Question in Family Law in California

i currently have my daughter mon- fri and on weekend she goes with her mother sat and sun 12pm to 9 pm. I recntly went and petioned for primary custody and joint legal. I would like everything to remain the same with the excepton that i would like to spen some weekends with our daughter, i have requested that it change to fri - sun 8pm to 9pm and tuesday and thur dinner visits and i would like to have 2 weekends a month. I am afraid that when she gets served with ther petion she will remove our daughter from school and her home and move away.
would it be wise to also submit for emergencay temporary orders or file fo an exparte?

If you have compelling information that indicates mother may flee with the child, you should submit your ex parte emergency request.
