what type of declaration is required in obtaining a default judgment in disso,when the only thing to be decided is a mobile home as community property?

Judicial council form FL-170 is the declaration that is used to obtain a judgement by declaration.

However, it is unclear at what stage your divorce is at. Check with the local court to determine if they have a law clinic available to assist individuals in your position. There is no charge for this service.
