Divorce No Prenuptial

If I paid off my home loan before I entered into marriage, does spouse receive half of the increased value of my home if we become divorced?

No. Assuming you did not add your spouse to the title, the house remains your separate property. He would only be entitled to a percentage of the pay-down on the loan - of which there was none during the marriage per your post. If you did add him to title at some point, that is a different story.
