Dug Testing

My husband, son and I are going to a pyschologist for help. My son has ADD. and was missing alot of school. We went today and the doctor told me that my husband and son said I am using drugs at home. I denied this and the doctor said that she was now required to tell child protective services. They are coming to my house to interview me. Can they make me take a drug test? What happens if I refused to take one?

I would sue this doctor, since they are only required to report child abuse or neglect. I would also refuse to admit the social workers into my home. But that's just me. Probably whatever you do they will hassle you to death. Let me know what happens.
