Legal Question in Family Law in California

Enforcement of Stipulation and Order on Order to Show Cause

I have a Stipulation and Order on Order to Show Cause ordered by the superior court of California ordering my ex-husband to repay monies owed to me arising out of my divorce. I have not received any of the payments required by this order, which was issued on January 29, 2001. How should I proceed in enforcing this order and collecting my money? I have attempted through the court to have my ex-husbands wages attached for repayment without success.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
