Legal Question in Family Law in California

Family law

My ex wife and I were involved in a

custody evaluation. I prepared a new

stipulation with the changes that we

agreed on and gave it to her to

review. I asked her if she had signed

it and she said she had not read it

yet. I just found out she lined out

items and made changes and then

filed it with the court. I questioned

her about it and now she is

threatening me to go back to court to

raise my support. What legally can I

do?

Re: Family law

You need to decide how important it is to restore the items that were struck out. By running the child support program you will have a much better idea how viable her threat for more child support is. The best way to learn about your options is to consult with an attorney.
