Legal Question in Family Law in California
My father is 85 and has short term memory loss. In fact, his doctor asked the DMV to revoke his Drivers License. He no longer remembers how to check his bank account online or check his email. His wife spends more money than they have and she constantly transfers funds from savings to cover the shortages. Is there anything I should do, legally speaking, to protect his interest before they go broke?

I strongly advise that you consult with an attorney who practices elder law. You can contact your local county bar association attorney referral program for a referral to an attorney that is skilled in this area of law.
