Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am trying to file a judgment for my dissolution. The other party responded. We do not have an agreement but all the issues were settled through an OSC hearing. Do I file my judgment as uncontested or contested judgment? And if I do uncontested can I use attachments rather than write a written agreement?

If all the issues were decided, then the court will either prepare the judgment, or order one of the parties to prepare a judgment for submission to the court for signature. There are rules of court, and local rules that govern this procedure.
