Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I filed for divorce in 2005 and I started another business in 2005 in another state that my wife didnt know about, and lets say I made about $300.000. Well when the court required me to list my assets, I didnt have that business anymore and the money was spent. Is there anything my wife can do about that? Because I did't list it, and the court only asked me for the last 3 months of income.

You definitely should disclose the existence of the business. If you do and it is worth nothing, then you will have nothing to lose. However, if you do not disclose it, any assets you purchased with it would belong 100% to your wife, not 50% as in community property, but 100% as in fraud.
