My ex filed a false tro against me causing me to lose my job had a hearing 16 months later judge rules that she fraudly put a tro against me what are my rights for losing my job etc

At that hearing when you won, you can request for restitution for any losses you may have suffered as a result of the restraining order. You can ask for attorney's fees and costs involved in defending yourself against a false restraining order. You should speak with a local attorney to assist you in getting a restitution hearing.
