Legal Question in Family Law in California

i filled for child support... the child support agency sent me a mail with the calculation of my child support case and they end up at 332 a month... the father of my child is working as a full time lvn and earning 20 dollars an hour... i have is with me 100 percent all the time.... what can i do to get the maximum amount of my child support case... please help me....

Look at the calculation child support services sent you and make sure the information the order is based on is correct. If something is inaccurate, contact your case worker. Let him/her know what figure is incorrect and ask them to redo the order. Good Luck.
