Re: Final restraining order

Next time she calls tell her that she is the only one that can stop the restraining order. You should follow the order until she has a paper from the court that says the order is no longer in effect. Once the order is dismissed stay completely away from her so that she can't make some new claim. Why are you playing this game anyway? If you were ever violent with her in the past you need to get some help and then start fresh with a woman that isn't going to use your bad behavior for some benefit. Give the police and the courts a chance to catch up on their serious work.

Re: Final restraining order

You can file an OSC for removal of the restraining order. Until the restraining order is removed, I would not talk to her otherwise you are in danger of arrest and conviction for violation of the restraining order. She can also do an OSC to remove the restraining order.

You need to ask yourself a question; do you want do deal with a person who calls the police on you?
