Legal Question in Family Law in California

Financial Responsibility

I am divorced out of Calif-now remarried and resident of Texas. 2 Minor children went to Calif to visit their dad and decided to stay there. Child Support was limited to only when in my custody. 50/50 on medical bills - but was agreed upon while children were in my custody. The 2 minors want to stay in Calif. Ex is threatening to make me pay half bills-however, I am considering just taking me out of the loop so to speak. The kids are now ''his'' bribes and all. I earn no money, but have substantial inheritance some day. I would like to legally ''disassociate'' myself from said 2 minors. Can I do this?

Re: Financial Responsibility

You would need to seek an Calf. Atty.. I do not understand your question, is it can I not share my future inheritance with my children, or can I terminate my rights to my children?????
