What form should I file in court to stop wage garnishment of child support when the child already reached 18 years and already graduated high school? Should I use FL-350?

The custodial parent should have withdrawn the order. Contact them and demand that they do so, and also refund any overpayment. If the local office of the Dept. of Child Support Services is involved, go through them.
