If your parents are the legal guardians of your child now, there isn't a lot that you can do. You should examine the terms of the guardianship to see if it is a temporary guardianship or if it is a permanent one. Your parents may be the best people for the children if the court has approved of it. You should start with the court records to see what the court judgment says.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.

As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
