my ex husband had my alimony support changed from 700 mo. to 300 mo.my ex's fanancial situation has increased,is a reversal in my award amount possible

Anything's possible in spousal support. Without knowing ANYTHING about his finances or yours, however, there is absolutely no way to predict what might happen if you go in for a modification, especially since you don't mention why he was entitled to a downward modification.
