Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex husband sends our children to my ex-boyfriend's house against my wishes. We share legal custody. Can I prevent him from doing this?

Additionally, he has made arrangements for the children to go to Nevada to visit his ex-girlfriend against my wishes. What can I do about this/ What are my legal rights about this?

It would be appropriate to return to court on a request for order to deal with these issues. It also would be beneficial if you both participate in coparenting counseling to address these communication problems.
