my ex husband withdraw my 401 k and left the country-what can i do now legally

You can do little if the 401 was in joint name giving both parties full access to the account.

If the account was in your name only, you can ask for full restitution.

If you are seeking a divorce, your family law attorney may be able to seek restitution on your behalf.
