My ex hysband was involved in a domestic dispute something that happened in our marriage. Our children were in his care and custody at the time and he drove while intoxicated to drop them off at their grandmothers house an hour away. He has a warrant out for misd. 273.5(a) and 273a(b) can I deny him visits until it is resolved in court or do I have to let my children go there? He has visitation every other weekend.

I would highly suggest that you file for an emergency Ex-Parte hearing to immediately change the visitation arrangements. Good luck!
