What is Inflict Crpl Inj sp/COHAB

On 06/27/05 I was arrested for spousal abuse. However on that night here is what occurred, I laid some raw chicken out to cook and I walked into another room for a second and my dog ate half of it. My husband still wanted to cook it,I went to pull it out of his hand and accidentally scratched him, it didnt even need a bandaid. At that point my son walked in and thought we were fighting and he grabbed my wrist and pushed me onto my bed. Because my son has an anger problem I called the police so he would learn.Then while I was talking to the dispatcher he came to apologize and I wanted to cancel the call and the dispatcher said I couldnt cancel. The police came out and spoke with all of us, they were told the scratch on my husbands arm was an accident and they still took me to jail for felony spousal abuse. Should I have been arrested? Even though my husband did not press charges. What am I facing when I go to court on Tuesday 07-05-05.
