Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was sent to jail for dv. My kids dad, whom has a history of domestic violence with me 5 years ago, I have proof that he planned to send me that day, I found a phone in his car of him cheating, I asked him as I charged phone and he hit me, cameras didn't see that. They did see it escalate, and me throwing a phone at him, I went to jail 3 days was released, I was served a epo, to stay away from him,
While in was gone got engaged, and won't let me see kids , I am a good mom, he wants me to pay him money we shared that I used alot of if I want to see them , he served me with a temp restraining order , is moving and won't let me enter my hone to get my stuff, tells me to get kids then does not let me, tell me to get my stuff calls cops, not I am restrained from my kids.
I have proof of his games and him bragging of what he did to me, he has bipolar disorder schizophrenia and gets ssi,
What can I do to get my kids asap?
